We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we understand that on occasions an order may have been purchased in error, or is no longer required. As such, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations UK, you have the right to return goods at any time up to 14 working days after the point of receipt. That said, we know that certain orders are often purchased in advance as gifts. Therefore we are happy to offer a 21 day, no quibble return policy on any such orders.
Please note: when returning an unused product it must returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. The packaging must be unopened. We reserve the right to deduct an additional 15% from your refund total if returned goods do not meet this criteria.

Returning Faulty Goods – Under Warranty
All of our products come with a standard 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault during this time, we want to ensure a prompt resolution to the problem. In this situation, you may opt for either a working replacement or return the product in exchange for a full refund. Customers wanting an exchange may first wish to contact the manufacturer directly. Each manufacturer has a dedicated technical support team who can often remedy a complaint without the need for you to return the product to us. This ultimately saves time and inconvenience for yourself. That said, we are always here to handle any return query that may arise.
If you wish to return a faulty item, please follow the easy steps below;
- Contact us via the contact us form and advise of the nature of the problem.
- A member of the customer service team will respond within 24 hours and advise of your returns authorisation number (RMA).
- Once you have an RMA number, please return the item back to our returns address (shown below). Please include a note with your name, RMA number and return preference (exchange or refund).
- A return acknowledgement email will be sent once the item has been received and processed according to your request.
Where possible, all goods should be returned to us complete, including all relevant packaging and accessories.
The responsibility for returning faulty/unwanted goods rests with the buyer. We therefore advise that you ship higher value items back to us via a secure delivery method e.g recorded delivery. We will refund the shipping cost on items that are returned to us and diagnosed as faulty.
Please note: we will only pay return delivery costs up a maximum value of no greater than £5. Should you wish to send an item back to us on a more expensive service then we are unable to reimburse you for the difference.
